About The View Hotel
Nestled on the shores of Stuart Lake, The View in Fort St. James is a 62-room hotel designed with the tourist or business traveller in mind. Each room has access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV complete with premium HD channels, and of course a brand new king or queen bed.
Opened in March of 2013, The View in Fort St. James is the first and only hotel in the area. Each room has been built with the guest’s needs in mind, ensuring a warm and welcoming “home away from home” that is sure to please anyone.
The View’s proprietors want nothing more than to showcase Fort St. James’s beauty in each season; from spring to summer, fall to winter, this area has so much to offer. We are extremely excited to draw newcomers to our lovely town, and hope to create the new “place to stay” in Northern British Columbia.
